Extremely disappointing and unacceptable billing practices. At our initial consultation in August, we were explicitly told that our insurance would cover a wisdom teeth extraction. However, on the day of the procedure, we were suddenly told we had to pay out of pocket. We immediately provided proof that our insurance company had made an error and that the procedure should have been covered. First of all the office was very clean and nice. I had a wisdom tooth removed. The office staff was very kind,nice, and it doesn’t take that long. But after there is some pain although. It sounds scary but it isn’t really. In the end it was a ok experience . 9.5/10

At first I felt like they did a great job with my wisdom teeth… but it’s been about 3 months and today I pulled the second bone fragment left behind from my gums.
My experience at Nova was easily one of the worst I’ve ever had in terms of dental or any medical care. I was referred to Nova to get my wisdom teeth out and felt comfortable through the initial appointment and even until the surgery date it felt like a proper institution. The traits of the unprofessionally ran center soon began to leak out at the time of surgery.
