This company is a joke. At best completely bankrupt, and at worst an outright scam. I would give them negative five stars if I could. Do NOT rent from them, unless for some reason you enjoy filing disputes with your credit card company. For context, I attempted to rent a dress from them for an awards show in February. After doing a virtual fitting (their showroom is mysteriously closed), they took all my measurements and somehow still managed to send me a dress that was so large and ill-fitting that it didn't stay up. I should have dug deeper into the reviews and they reflect my experience. They were late getting me try on's on I thankfully trusted my instinct not to rent bc I was worried they would be late and I would not have dresses for my event. Now they have failed to respond to 10+ attempts by phone and email to get my refund. The customer service is actually shameful and the managers and owner should be embarrassed. Do not use this company, it will only bring unnecessary stress into your life.
