Dr. Serghi is an extremely knowledgeable psychiatrist. I wish I'd started seeing him years ago.
The staff is very unprofessional. You are always sent to voicemail. I have called the front desk, billing, and the emergency line. Emails are sent writtten unprofessional and with no name attached. My son was refused treatment and mental health medication that is needed abrubtly because the insurance company made a mistake. They did not even offfer to give a 90 day supply so I could find another doctor. Now my son is at risk of relapse and possible hospitalization because the medication is filled monthly. I've been seeing Dr. Serghi for almost 2 years now. There was a very traumatic life altering event I experienced exactly 2 years ago. I've not been the same person since, but Dr. Serghi has been by my side helping and validating my pain. One of my fears before seeing someone was that a Doctor would invalidate my trauma and pain and make me feel like what I went through and continue to go through means nothing and I'm a crybaby.
