Pretty certain the young girl that did my nails wasn’t licensed. I even made an appt. beforehand. Charged full price for a gel polish change with bumps and streaks in it. Just an all around awkward experience.
I never write reviews! I thought this was my go to in Carson when visiting mom! Not anymore!!!!!Though I was Pretty Bummed on my experience today for my pedi /mani!!!! The girl that did my pedi never said hello or spoke a word!:( Took Forever & didn’t even do a good job!:( When getting my mani no water bowl 🥣 to soak ,I had to say hey aren’t you going to clean under my 💅! No massage . Just so Disappointed!!!!😢 Bummer ! I’ll just stay with my Tahoe Bussiness’s !! So sad!😞
Great pedicures
Both Ladies did an awesome job!! Had three full sets and a manicure and all done within 2 hrs!! They rock!!
I usually visit my regular nail technician in Reno, but due to her vacation, I decided to try this salon. From my experience and observation, the nail technician was quite inexperienced and lacked fundamental organizational skills. Despite my specific request for a gel manicure, she applied clear polish and claimed the job was done, leaving me with wet nails without properly using the drying equipment. If you're looking for subpar service and a C-minus pedicure, this is the place to go.
