Made reservations for my daughter and I. We walked in on time. All seats were full. We said we had a reservation but no one acknowledged us. No one said welcome and we’ll be with you in a minute. Twenty minutes later we still hadn’t been told anything. We walked out. Found great salon on Ball Road . Fendy Nails. Nice beautiful friendly place. Did a great job. You lost a big tip Nova. We are great tippers when we are treated nice.
I was really disappointed. I gifted my friend a Groupon to this place for her birthday and once she was already in the seat they told her they were no longer going to accept the Groupon that I paid for. She then told them that it wasn’t expired and expected them to honor it. Eventually they said yes BUT charged her $20 for an additional service they didn’t even tell her they were doing. Needless to say I’m pretty bummed about the whole experience and hope to get a refund.
Popped in on a last minute whim for a basic manicure. My nails were a mess, skin/cuticles were so dry and peeling. Annie ended up giving me over if the best manicures I've had in a while!! Paid attention to detail and did not rush through it. Sometimes I feel like I don't get the attention (detaild cuticle work/good massage etc) bc I'm not paying for/getting the higher priced fake nails at the fancier locations in the neighborhood Not here... My husband and I had such a positive experience at Nova Nail Lounge today. From the moment we walked in, Nina and Kevin welcomed us with such kindness and professionalism. The salon itself is light, bright, and airy, with lots of air circulation that makes it feel fresh and comfortable. I loved how relaxing the atmosphere was.
