The process of getting home insurance was fairly straightforward and easy. It took a couple weeks because of vacations (mine and theirs) but no issues. I wish 0 stars was an option. This company is incredibly unprofessional and does not care about its customers. I was involved in an accident where another driver pulled out from an illegal parking spot in a school zone and hit my rear passenger door. I filed a police report but didn’t claim through insurance at the time since I wasn’t keeping the vehicle.
