I spent three days trying to find out if I could get allergy shots here. No one knew the policy. Computer was down one day phone down the day iwas there. After making a Dr. apointment i show up and the receptionist tells me they have to have a sealed envelope delivered from the allergist within two hours with the allergy serum or they can't give them. My allergist has never heard of anyhting like this. I am going to a regular family Dr for shots despite the convient hours of the urgent care. They are a mess.
If you are looking for a one-on-one personal relationship with a doctor, a doctor that takes the time to get to know you, your medical history and shows concern and compassion for your well being then this is not the place for you. There is no personal care at this facility. It is basically a very modern clinic. You don't need an appointment, just walk-in and put your name on the list and you will be seen by a "Nurse Practitioner".
