I have called this company numerous times and not once have I received a call back. I was told to hold off paying on my bill til my insurance got all the bills sent to them and now they are sending me a late notice letter. I have emailed and called and left a few voice messages. Nobody EVER answers. This is the WORST company to go through. Good luck getting a live person to contact you back or even answer the phone
