I never write reviews but I have to here to possibly help someone else. Nova medical clinic is the most unprofessional, unethical doctor’s office I have ever been to. The receptionists are so rude it’s almost comical but that is not the reason for the review. I have been a patient for years and recently had a baby. I had a physical exam booked after my delivery and have had chronic migraines since I was a teenager, which they are well aware of. I would give zero stars if I could. Unfriendly unhelpful staff stupid expensive unnecessary charges, absolutely neglectful. Went to go to a new doctor and they withheld a bunch of my medical history. Meaning they haven’t been inputting it or they are maliciously leaving medication information out of the record. I might peruse this legally. Beware this fraudulent clinic. Go anywhere else
Update: The front end staff is even worse. Today I tried to book a physical for myself and check ups for two of my daughter's. The woman who answered the phone said check ups are not reasons to see the doctor and would not book them. I had to give a better reason. Finally, I told her to make up a reason if she needed to.
