My stomach pain started 2 days ago. Early Saturday morning it was intensified. It woke me up in the middle of the night. Advice from Health Direct was to see a GP asap. My GP doesn't work on Saturdays. Nova clinic is near me. I hesitated going there after reading all those negative reviews. Unfortunately they all came true. Dr Anita Jogewar - the nerve to be able to say to someone that has suffered from a heart condition for 4.5 years that “you are difficult” rather than trying to understand that person and see how you could help them. You should be ashamed of yourself. I hope you sleep well at night with a perfectly functioning heart and never know how this has complete turned my life upside down.
I was very disappointed with my experience. The doctor was quite rude and seemed to be in a hurry throughout the appointment. I did not feel listened to or that my concerns were taken seriously. It felt like the priority was to finish the consultation quickly rather than properly understanding the patient’s needs. Unfortunately, this will be my first and last visit to this doctor. I hope there can be more patience, care and respect shown to patients in the future.
