Long wait like more then one hour delay
Not good service, rude behaviour to my aunt by receptionist. Went to perform MRSA test but GP had given wrong prescription. Not recommended at all.
Waited for over 30 minutes over booking time, with no update just pure waiting. Wasn’t informed about the long wait time before booking in or coming in. Absolute disappointment and waste of time.
Wait time is always more than 40 mins past the appointment time, but if you call to say you'll be 5 mins late, they’ll ask you to rebook and pay last-minute cancellation fees. They don’t even bother to inform the patients about the long wait time. So, if anyone is looking to get things done by 3pm, book it for 2pm; only then will you get it on time.
