If you book an appointment, wait atleast 30 minutes after your appointment to show up, but before you go in, sit in the car for another 20, then you should be good to go. Overbooked.
The doctor arrived to the practice more than 20minutes after his first appointment (we saw him enter from the carpark). I was the second appointment of the day and was seen 15 minutes late. There was no apology and he was quite unprofessional during the appointment.
Dr didnt want to issue a Medicare referral for 5 sessions with chiro for lower back pain, acted like he didnt know what an EPC was and then claimed its only for people with prior conditions and have othr serious conditions, dont bother with them, they dont bother with you, just cashing in their free $$
Staff are very friendly, Dr Yusuf Bhamjee is extremely caring and takes the time to really listen, I have nothing but positive experiences with this Doctor, I am extremely happy with him and the practice. Tracey
Very bad experience to see Dr Zillie. She doesn't care, and just rush the appointment. My appointments finish in 2 minutes each time.
