Great service by doctors, and rececption staff. i have been going there since 3 years. Wait time is not long, the doctors are good, and it is bulk billed.

I’ve had to reschedule appointments almost every time I’ve visited this clinic because the doctor is consistently running at least an hour behind. To avoid yet another long wait, I deliberately booked the first appointment of the day at 8:10 am, expecting they would be on time. I arrived at 8:06 am, but despite their advertised opening time of 8:00 am, the clinic was completely closed. was told to come 10 mins early. then waited 1hr and 10 mins. no explanation or apologies, just told me theres another person in front of me. did not get seen. wouldnt be suprised if they still charged my medicare.
My father went here and was treated disgracefully by the technician on duty. My dad is 90 years old.
