Amazing
I went for work. Wait time wasn't bad. Snacks were great although I wish the juice didn't contain high fructose corn syrup. My nurse I think was named Amy but maybe Lisa. She was great and deserves a raise.
The woman who was trying to take my blood had no idea what she was doing. She did not know how to operate a butterfly needle or a vacutainer. I was shocked. I’m a nurse, and this was appalling. They also told me my visit was complete and did not complete the physical my new employer asked for. I have to back again, but I will surely not be using this location. Being short staffed is one thing - I was fine waiting. But to have completely INEPT staff performing unsafe venous punctures? Shameful.
