Didn't catch her name but the nurse that did my D.O.T. physical was A+
Waited for 30 mins for a TB test, eventually had to ask the front desk person if she knew how much longer it would be, she personally went to the back to ask them and finally when I got to the back the lady did apologize and said she had to get trained on something else. Trained staff on your own time, not when you have a full waiting room of people, wasting our time.
The process is pretty well maintained. The staff are friendly and competent.
The people here were so kind even with being understaffed and overly busy! They didn’t let the rude people change their kindness and made the visit seamless. They are running a thankless service for companies and don’t get their flowers enough. Thank you to the nurses and drs for all you do.
It's the worst experience ever. For a simple dot physical I always sit and wait for hours. On top of that the place is extremely crowded and hot so my blood pressure is always very elevated there. Yet just 1 hour prior I was at Drs office and everything was perfect. I'll never go there again
