We opted for a suite and were very impressed with the room itself. It was spacious, modern, and felt more like an apartment than a standard hotel room. It was clean, had two TVs, and two balconies, one off the kitchenette and another off the bedroom, which was a really nice feature. Overall, we really liked the layout and found it to be very comfortable. This was our 3rd stay at Nova Kiama. As usual the room was perfect. Always clean and comfortable with nice touches, like good quality appliances, Herbology products, even down to nicer teabags & milk in the fridge. It is in a great location, easy to walk to restaurants, cafes, shopping & the markets. Parking is a bonus too. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Thanks again Nova, we will be back!

We stayed for four nites, great location to walk around. But disappointed in our room. An aweful smell in room and toilet even after our complaint after our first night. Not a comfortable stay. Need improvement.

Great place to stay! Close proximity to town and next door to a nice old pub. The staff were great, heated pool, comfortable bed with a balcony. The bathroom is very nice and open although the rooms are a bit small. The underground car park is pretty small and not suited to larger vehicles.
