Great location. Very welcoming staff. Stayed for a night on or way home from the Sunshine Coast. Spotless. Very comfortable bed. The TV was giving me a problem but was sorted out immediately.
Ein sehr ruhiges Hotel in top Lage mit schönen Zimmern und tollem Service. Es war zwar nur für eine Nacht, aber das hat sich ausgezahlt und ich komme sicher wieder.
We had the best day at Nova Kiama with our family! Elizabeth the manager is extremely helpful and generous with her local knowledge. Her warm and friendly professionalism makes her an absolute standout! We had such a great experience we decided to stay an extra night. Thanks so much for having us, we will be back!
Easy online booking direct with Nova on the day we arrived. Friendly front desk service. Convenient coffee van in the foyer! Easy walk to the blowhole and main shops. The room was very clean, modern, quiet and spacious for a double room. View of the water from a Juliette balcony. I feel we got great value for money.
Would have liked a second chair, but not a problem. Thanks
