Used drive through. One order of Large Hot Latte and one Large Hot Black Coffee. First all transactions were outside as they don't use the drive through windows. After a longer than expected wait time (two cars in front of us) we were handed our order. Latte was only luke warm which was disappointing. Coffee was a bit warmer but not hot and literally tasted like old coffee grounds had been reused for it. Terrible coffee and after paying nearly $10 we poured them out and swung by McDonald's. I don't know why they have a second order lane if they're going to ignore the people in it. They need to train their order takers better. Thanks for wasting my lunch time, Nova Joe's.
