I used this company in 2021 and they did a good job. They were somewhat slow. Took almost 2 weeks to demo 1400 sf of tile and then install new tile. But finished product was nice. Now 2025, called for a smaller job and the sales guy won't even return our call. At least call your client back.
Hired Nova to do all of my interior needs (flooring, baseboards, cabinets, counters, etc). They were awesome from day 1, very responsive, helpful and the pricing was very reasonable! We LOVE how our home turned out. Would use them again in a heartbeat!
