I'm surprised by the reviews and I wanted to stop by and share my experience. I have nothing but positive feedback for Nova Initia Counseling. From the initial call to scheduling appointments, everything has been smooth and easy. My therapist is amazing – I feel really comfortable talking to him, and he's been incredibly helpful in navigating me through my issues. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for support and help.
Unprofessional and waste of time.
if I could honestly give a 0 stars I would. I tried two different times coming here and unfortunately had the worst experiences. Front desk receptionists went above and beyond and made me feel welcome. On the other hand, I worked with Cheryl and as her client I didn’t feel comfortable. I didn’t feel like I was taken seriously. Not only did she say my first ever session that I ever had with her that “I had to much trauma she’s ever dealt with for a patient” but she also walked out on me the same session.
