The place kinda looks like a dump, but Ryan Cooley, the man I spoke to there, is super knowledgeable and seems committed to making the best match between customer and tub rather than upselling you into something. I now think of the appearance of the shop as a plus, since I'm not paying for high overhead costs in my tub purchase.
