Stay away. They will make changes without your permission and you will get stuck with what you get. They get paid and you get STUCK WITH IT.
Whatever you do, stay far, far, far away from this builder. They have been building in our neighborhood for 2.5 years now. I've seen squatters in their vacant home, Porta potties not maintained that leaves a stench in our neighborhood, overflowing trash not emptied and now rats because of it. Nova is the absolute worst builder I’ve ever encountered. The stress we’ve experienced was beyond intense and insane. Brand new home and my roof is leaking and they tell me I’m passed my warranty. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to build your home. They truly are the worst. Oh and wait and see how long it takes to build. They told me (like they tell everyone) 12 to 14 months. Took 25 months and 12 days. I know people waiting longer 😡
1 star is too good for this company, after almost 2 years the Collier County Building deprtment revoked the Certificate of Occupancy on the home they build for us, becuase they failed to build the house according to codes, submitted plans, and are still non responsive and ignoring the issues. This is just a nightmare and and ubelievable situation!!!!
