I had a wonderful experience with Nova Homes. The entire team was professional, attentive, and always willing to answer my questions throughout the process. The quality of their work really shows—they pay attention to every detail and make sure everything is done right. Communication was clear and consistent, and they made the whole experience smooth and less stressful. If you are thinking about doing a construction will recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy home builder.
Very very very slow . Do not recommend. Started our home a year ago and we still don’t even have trusses on a year into a build, but they have been laying on the ground being soaked for half a year now. And they still can’t give a date when they would be installed. Keep getting excuses why it is taking so long to even get to this stage. We recently, "finally", had our beautiful home finished by Nova homes. I say finally because it took a while, but it was worth the wait. It wasn't Nova's fault it took so long, just the time we were going through during construction. The house is done and we are extremely happy. Nova is the absolute worst builder I’ve ever encountered. The stress we’ve experienced was beyond intense and insane. Brand new home and my roof is leaking and they tell me I’m passed my warranty. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to build your home. They truly are the worst. Oh and wait and see how long it takes to build. They told me (like they tell everyone) 12 to 14 months. Took 25 months and 12 days. I know people waiting longer 😡
This is the second home we've built and the first time with Nova Homes. What first drew us to Nova Homes was the reasonable price. Although they have a really good selection of plans, this was a custom guesthouse and Frank helped us in design particulars from beginning to end. Regarding the building process, we were really impressed with the workmanship and the management. Frank holds the contractors to high standards and it is notable in the finished product.
