If you're on the road with your children, please keep a distance from these drivers. Recently a driver almost ran us off the road twice in a 5 minute span. Shook up, I reported the incident to this company by leaving both a voicemail and an email. To date, there has been no reply . Dear Nova Heating please note this so not acceptable. Your driver put our lives in danger and the fact that you didn't have the professionals to acknowledge the report is indicative of how negligent your business is as a whole.
Nova heating did a great job with our heat pump installation. Travis was wonderful to work with, and his team was also great! They were all kind, professional and Travis was accommodating to additional asks as required by our strata. His pricing was the most competitive we could find and they delivered the full project on time & on budget. I highly recommend Nova Heating!
Travis and his team were awesome! Excellent work installing our heat pump and indoor units. Travis went above and beyond when it came to coordinating with outside contractors and engineers as well.
My landlord constantly calls this one guy that works here. Daryl is an absolute joke. His texts are extremely unprofessional, i told him several times I have a strict schedule, and he could not be in my home alone due to my large dog. When he came into my home and he tried to walk all the way in even though I told him he could not because of my large dog. When he was leaving, he would not let me speak, kept interrupting me, and told me I was too stern and started to judge me. I told him he has no right judging me in my own h... read more
