We recently hired Nova again to install a heat pump in our garage flexspace, and a new Armstrong high-efficiency 70,000 BTU furnace in our 1947 rancher with in-slab ducting. We’d been quoted crazy high prices by several other airconditioning companies, to replace our low-efficiency, very loud 150,000 BTU Lennox furnace with in-line dual-fuel heat pumps, but even with rebates the costs were prohibitive. Had an issue with the water heater - called and the owner, Travis, swung by on his way from another job site. He sorted the issue in no time and comped the service. Would definitely recommend!
If you're on the road with your children, please keep a distance from these drivers. Recently a driver almost ran us off the road twice in a 5 minute span. Shook up, I reported the incident to this company by leaving both a voicemail and an email. To date, there has been no reply . Dear Nova Heating please note this so not acceptable. Your driver put our lives in danger and the fact that you didn't have the professionals to acknowledge the report is indicative of how negligent your business is as a whole.
Nova heating did a great job with our heat pump installation. Travis was wonderful to work with, and his team was also great! They were all kind, professional and Travis was accommodating to additional asks as required by our strata. His pricing was the most competitive we could find and they delivered the full project on time & on budget. I highly recommend Nova Heating!
