Couldn’t have asked for a better appointment. I received a complimentary hearing test from Priya and she was incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable, took the time to ensure I understood the process, and the test itself was easy and efficient. I’ve been coming to Revere Optical (which shares a building with Nova) for years. This is the first time I’ve needed a test with Nova and I would 100% recommend them.
5 stars plus. Nova hearing was recommended to me by my 92 year old mother who couldn’t say enough about their team. I was welcomed over the phone and appointment set by a very pleasant administrator and was seen by audiologist Priya Kandasamy. Priya was amazing warm kind listened to my history and met all my hearing needs. I have just revisited nova hearing for a second appointment and same experience by both staff. After discovering I had hearing loss in one ear and required a hearing aid I was so upset. There is such a lot of stigma surrounding “hearing aids”. Very reluctantly I met with Anna to try a hearing aid. Anna was so understanding and acknowledged how I was feeling. She answered all my questions even the ones I thought were stupid.
