5 stars plus. Nova hearing was recommended to me by my 92 year old mother who couldn’t say enough about their team. I was welcomed over the phone and appointment set by a very pleasant administrator and was seen by audiologist Priya Kandasamy. Priya was amazing warm kind listened to my history and met all my hearing needs. I have just revisited nova hearing for a second appointment and same experience by both staff. Highly recommend Priya and admin to meet your hearing needs. Thank you. L
After discovering I had hearing loss in one ear and required a hearing aid I was so upset. There is such a lot of stigma surrounding “hearing aids”. Very reluctantly I met with Anna to try a hearing aid. Anna was so understanding and acknowledged how I was feeling. She answered all my questions even the ones I thought were stupid. She made me feel totally at ease and more accepting of why I required the hearing aid with her calming and professional level of expertise.
