Don’t ever contact this company for any dental claims they don’t help They are the most rude and unprofessional people I have ever spoken to I have tried for over 1 years and 9 months to get them to respond to a claim and then are so unprofessional they keep sending the same claim for review again and again and never pay it I hope all providers and patients are aware and never use this company for insurance they are very rude
