I'm not the one to leave a negative review but this one calls for it. Called to inquire for an appt with Trudi Beck, receptionist asked to put me on hold as wanting to check on the diary. Been on hold for more than 15 min, thought they forgot. Dropped the call only for me to ring back at 430pm with an automated voicememo that says no one can answer the phone as it's outside. business hours (and they close at 5pm!). Disappointing service! I have been to Nova Health two times, and each time was absolutely amazing. Most recently I saw Chandelle Whitfield, and her service was incredible. I recommend Nova Health to everyone in my personal life. :) Keep doing what you're doing! It's amazing to be finally heard.
