I call to ask what time I can potentially come to get a hair cut lady asked me over the phone length of my hair and I mentioned medium which I consider myself medium hair but anyways it wasn’t a big deal if they would say they are long hair and just charge me accordingly but what happened was when I got into the salon it was so disrespectful no one said hi or passed smile or asked me to sit down one lady looked at me and very rudely before any conversation started said oh she has long hair but she said medium over the phone ... read more

I walked in without an appointment and had to wait only 10 minutes. Irina cut my hair and she did exactly what I wanted. I love it! I will definitely be going back there.

It was my first time coming to Nova Hair Salon. I came in without an appointment and I was already approached by the stylist Cherry. She is so friendly and fun to talk to. I showed her the hairstyle I wanted and she worked her magic scissors on my hair. She didn't rushed at all and took her time to cut and style my hair. The colour was a perfect match for me.
