I really wanted to make an appointment, but unfortunately, my experience with the front desk was very frustrating. I spoke clearly and calmly, but the person I spoke with repeatedly acted as if they could not understand me and made very little effort to communicate or help. The interaction made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I would not recommend calling to schedule an appointment based on my experience.

He's very thoughtful for personalizing your experience and what you are looking for. He makes sure to plan for the future which is super important.
