Akacia was really lovely and trimmed my curtain bangs so they sit amazingly even though they were quite short so she didn’t have much to work with! She was up for a chat and explaining the surfaces in a way that covered everything and was easy to understand so I knew what to expect. I had an appointment at Nova hair & body for a cut & colour , from the moment I walked in I felt welcomed I met with the wonderful Sadee & Acacia Who sat down with me as we talk through my wants with my hair as this was my first visit at no stage did I feel unheard they Both were fantastic and asked lots of questions The appointment I had wasn’t just an appointment It was a whole experience not once did it feel like it was rushed or that they were strapped for time & they were busy even the attention to detail was superb eve... read more

I had to call and come back later the same day because my haircut was a bit uneven, but another hairdresser, Acacia, was able to find time to fix it up and did an amazing job. She was very understanding and patient with my requests to keep adjusting small details, and the end result was perfect. I’d defs recommend her, she’s very talented and provides great service
