A great place where there is room for sports at any age!
I recently moved to the neighborhood and started training with Poli — and I couldn’t be happier! Her classes are fun, well-structured, and she really pays attention to everyone’s needs. Since most sessions are in the morning when I work, she even offered me private sessions in the afternoon. Super flexible, professional, and caring — highly recommended!
I recently started working out with Poli at Nova after needing a gym closer to home. This gym is truly special and amazing. I started going 3 months ago and the change is real. Poli is a wonderful gem she is genuinely invested in your health and success, she comes up with plans that benefits your physical goals while also promoting self confidence and self care out side of the gym. I'm so happy I found Nova Fitness! Poli is so knowledgeable, kind and supportive. I really enjoy the classes which are a mix of strength training, Pilates, stretching and cardio. It's a wonderful community of women too! I love it there!
