Poli is the absolute best! I've been coming to Nova for almost three years now, and it's truly been wonderful. I spent so much time searching for a class that offered that personal trainer feel while surrounded by supportive members with similar goals, and I'm so grateful to have found that with Nova. Poli is amazing - so sweet, supportive, and motivating. Every workout is super fun, and the entire Nova Fitness community is incredibly welcoming.
