Poli has been wonderful with my parents. Her friendliness and energy make sessions enjoyable, and she’s helped them noticeably improve their mobility. We’re really grateful for her.

I’ve been looking for a place to get back on track with my fitness journey, focusing on accountability and consistency, and Nova Fitness has been the absolute best! Poli is amazing - so sweet, supportive, and motivating. Every workout is super fun, and the entire Nova Fitness community is incredibly welcoming. Nova is truly a special place. With small all-female classes, it offers an environment that is both empowering and safe. From the moment you walk in, Poli makes you feel incredibly welcome. She is genuinely invested in building a supportive community and is an amazing instructor. I’ve definitely noticed a positive change in my body since starting her exercises.
