I have been a member for sometime at this gym and it only keeps getting better the coaches here at Nova are top notch and the members are very nice as well if you are thinking on joining don't be afraid the coaches and the members here will help you no mater what your age or fitness level they have helped me with my fitness journey and they can also help you .
Been going here for over a year now and highly recommend this place. If you are looking for a great environment with an even better staff look no further than young lion fitness.
I've practiced BJJ at NOVA for 9 years. It's a great environment with friendly people and great coaches. If you've ever considered trying jiu jitsu I'd recommend coming in for a class.
NOVA is a great CrossFit gym. Wonderful programming, welcoming community, and with experienced and knowledgeable coaches. You will not only reach your fitness goals but achieve benefits in every part of your life.
