I had tax fraud committed on me and they help me clear my name but when it came to getting my money back they wanted me to give them more money than what the IRS took from me.and the person by the name of Danny that I initially talked to promise me to get my money back

I hired Nova Financial in January 2016 due to some IRS problems I was having. They stated that they would be helping me with the installment agreement, help me remove my penalties and if need be, they would represent and negotiate on my behalf should the IRS pursue collection. When I signed the contract with them, I was already in the process of speaking to the IRS agent and negotiating the installment agreement. My company name is the same as one in California that hasn't paid their taxes. They found me online and decided to have multiple agents call me in regards to my company not paying their taxes. That would be fine if only one person called and I explained that my company is in Kansas City Missouri not San Diego California and that we are not the same company. They are INC and mine is an LLC.
