Doctor Patel is a wonderful doctor and was looking forward to getting fitted for my new lens prior to surgery. NoVA office staff is fantastic. Doctor Patel setup appointment in Centreville office. When I got there I was told I had a balance due snd refused to let me see her that day. Was told to setup a new time and if I paid I could continue to see her. I had no idea there was a balance due. Staff in Centerville office is not friendly nor caring.
Dr. Patel performed cataract surgery, I haven't seen so we'll since I was 18! Professional, caring and outstanding!
Dr. Nisha is very nice and caring. She took the time to answer all my questions and gave me the help I needed.

Unprofessional/ uncaring/ inconsiderate of patient issues/ uncomfortable with speaking with a long time patient regarding finances/ I was never looking for a discount or special privilege/ basically had a question pertaining to the WHY! Don’t owe this facility anything! Never had Never will! All of my doctors & me have a up close & personal relationship where as we can discuss a issue & resolve the discrepancy in a timely manner!!
