Doctor Patrel is a wonderful doctor. She takes her time to explain the procedure. She is easy to talk to and to understand. She follows up after the procedure. I highly recommend her. My eyesight is perfect after the cataract removal.
I am writing to express my frustration regarding my recent experience. I feel that the communication regarding my follow-up appointment was inadequate, leading to unnecessary confusion. Furthermore, I was disappointed to be charged both a copay and an insurance fee for a situation I believe resulted from a lack of clear instruction from the office. Doctor Patel is a wonderful doctor and was looking forward to getting fitted for my new lens prior to surgery. NoVA office staff is fantastic. Doctor Patel setup appointment in Centreville office. When I got there I was told I had a balance due snd refused to let me see her that day. Was told to setup a new time and if I paid I could continue to see her. I had no idea there was a balance due. Staff in Centerville office is not friendly nor caring.
Dr. Patel performed cataract surgery, I haven't seen so we'll since I was 18! Professional, caring and outstanding!
Dr. Nisha is very nice and caring. She took the time to answer all my questions and gave me the help I needed.
