Nova Exteriors installed a roof on our house more than 10 years ago and they were the low bidder out of 4 quotes. They did a fine job and it looked great. When we went to sell our house 10 years later (just outside the 10 year labor warranty), the buyer's inspector noted that the shingles had lifted up and needed to be replaced so I called Nova and talked to the owner. In April 2019 we reached out to the owner and he was going to get right on it. He referred us to a contractor, Paradigm. It’s a shame that now you don’t even remember sending this guy to my house to finish my deck that you and your crew did not even put together correctly. You referred Lee C****** to me over the phone and by email, and I took your word for it. I just sent all your emails back to you in picture-form for quick reference.
