I visited the Nova Driving School location to take my chauffeur exam, but unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience with one of the employees, Miriam. From the beginning, she treated me rudely and displayed behavior that I strongly felt was discriminatory. She also struggled to communicate in English, which made the process even more frustrating. Martha was so enthusiastic and supportive preparing me for my driving test. She is absolutely the best person for this stage of the process.

Just 8 classes and I passed the road test at the first try! I was so terrified of cars and driving in general but with Carlos all those worries disappeared instantly. He was super professional and PATIENT, very methodical and detailed teaching me how to observe and interpret the road, measure the car size on the street and understand how traffic works. Everything feels like a videogame now and I feel empowered and free. I'll always recommend this school! After learning with them you'll no longer be a nervous driver.
