I wish I could give them 0 stars. I usually do not write reviews however, they have been highly unprofessional and refusing to give me a refund. I paid $770 for my classes upfront and had all of my classes scheduled. I did one class. They CANCELLED the next 3 classes. I ask for a refund because that’s unacceptable especially when they’ve canceled classes 3 hours before the scheduled time. Almost 2 weeks later, they refused to give me a refund. I visited the Nova Driving School location to take my chauffeur exam, but unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience with one of the employees, Miriam. From the beginning, she treated me rudely and displayed behavior that I strongly felt was discriminatory. She also struggled to communicate in English, which made the process even more frustrating.
