I wish I could give them 0 stars. I usually do not write reviews however, they have been highly unprofessional and refusing to give me a refund. I paid $770 for my classes upfront and had all of my classes scheduled. I did one class. They CANCELLED the next 3 classes. I ask for a refund because that’s unacceptable especially when they’ve canceled classes 3 hours before the scheduled time. Almost 2 weeks later, they refused to give me a refund. Instructor Maria at 7316 W Irving Park Rd, Norridge, IL 60706 is an amazing driving instructor. She explains everything clearly, shows each step, and makes sure you feel confident behind the wheel. She was always supportive, patient, and very helpful. Thanks to her lessons, I passed my driving test successfully, and I hope to return for other courses like defensive driving in the future.

I cycled through a few instructors at Nova during my program. Pedro Boch was my favorite instructor! As a nervous new driver, I really appreciated his teaching style - Pedro was kind, patient, and supportive. He helped me to feel more relaxed and confident while driving. Scheduling the road test through Nova was also well organized.

Pedro is a very excellent instructor. I highly recommend you to take him. Don’t waste money for other school, just go to nova school, and you will be passed the test.
