Just took my road test using Nova’s services. Such a great experience- they are well organized. Provided top notch customer service over the phone to set up my appointment for the test. The instructor Diego Martinez was very communicative, showed up on time and was very friendly and informative.
Buddy was my instructor and I must agree he is an excellent teacher. His feedbacks were clear and made me correct my mistakes until I got them cleared. He was very polite and friendly.
I wish I could give them 0 stars. I usually do not write reviews however, they have been highly unprofessional and refusing to give me a refund. I paid $770 for my classes upfront and had all of my classes scheduled. I did one class. They CANCELLED the next 3 classes. I ask for a refund because that’s unacceptable especially when they’ve canceled classes 3 hours before the scheduled time. Almost 2 weeks later, they refused to give me a refund. Very helpful instructors and customer service. They walked me through the entire process of reinstating my expired license. Worth every penny! Highly recommend! Thank you!!!
