I had a very good experience. I suffer from anxiety and PTSD and the dentist always makes me extremely nervous and Dr. Lau was very patient with me and she made me feel safe.
Great dentist! Staff is awesome! The doctor who I worked with I can’t remember her name but she’s GREAT! I love how gentle and how comfortable she made me feel. But i stop going because they took X-rays of my teeth and still miss the fact that my tooth was broken and going rotten. It’s no way they miss that. They literally worked right next to the tooth. Whole time I’m thinking they working on the tooth they never did. I’m over them so I wish they stop calling me. My children aren’t going back either. They can’t be trusted.
Dr. Egly and nurse Ginny were amazing. I had a tooth taken out today. I was petrified that it would be torture. Dr. Ugly and nurse Ginny had it out in 5 minutes. He had it out and I was amazed at how quickly and expertly he performed the procedure. Run, do not walk to Nova Dental and ask for Dr. Ugly and nurse Ginny to be the ones to perform your procedure. I love this place.
I was satisfied wirh Dr. Lau. Then they booked me with a different Dr. for some reason. He did a brief cleaning. I asked about a partial. He said "it will take 5 visits", which was his only communication, as if he was discouraging me. I said I wanted to go back to Dr. Lau. I showed up for my visit for impressions. After waiting over an hour, an assistantant took my impressions then said I can go. No interaction with the Dr. at all. I had no idea Dr. Egli had my appointment. I then asked for Dr. Lau.
