I arrived for my 4pm appointment early. I waited until 4 but noticed people walking in after me being called before me. Its nw 4:15. I went to the receptionist and informed her that everyone was being called in but me and I have a 4:00 appointment. The receptionist checked to see if I was checked in and she noticed that I was. She immediately called me to the back and set me up for the dentist. No one came in to me until 4:45. My experience was wonderful & very professional..I had a tooth extracted and it was just pressure I felt.
Ashanti and Brianna were able to successfully help me today navigate to the new patient process Dr. Kim was wonderful and amazing and was able to help. Reef refer me to a specialist so that way I can get my wisdom tooth taken out 100 out of 10 would go back.
