I have a mermaid bird bath that a friend painted and gave to me as a gift so I could make it into an accent table. The glass was broken during my move. I took it into NOVA Glass and they were friendly and professional and not put off that it was a small job. The glass cutter was even able to remove the mermaid and fit the glass better than the original one. They turned it around in one day and it looks great! Your company was the 4th one I called. The others couldn't fabricate the table top in the thick glass or wouldn't deliver inside and set up. Price better than two others I received too.

Would not recommend, the work on my order was sloppy, poor quality. My job was small but not cheap!; I definitely would not trust a big job to them. The customer service in response to issue was generally dismissive and disinterested.
Added a steam shower which required custom glass. Everything went as promised from the quote to the installation. Will definitely use them again.
