I love the experience with Nova credit Union. Everyone is so friendly and so helpful
I was trying to make an online purchase online which they flagged as fraudulent. Did not notify me and locked my card. After calling online services because it was a Friday and the bank was closed, I was told I would have to go into a branch on Monday which left me without access to my money. I will no do business with them.
My mom has been a member here for over 30 years, and they gave her the run around for a loan. Never called her back to give an update about the loan or the credit card she also applied for. They don’t treat their members like they’re members. Wouldn’t recommend this place if it was the last bank standing. Since they’ve changed from Southern Select this bank has been absolutely TRASH! She no longer banks here!
