I love the experience with Nova credit Union. Everyone is so friendly and so helpful
I was trying to make an online purchase online which they flagged as fraudulent. Did not notify me and locked my card. After calling online services because it was a Friday and the bank was closed, I was told I would have to go into a branch on Monday which left me without access to my money. I will no do business with them.
