The customer service and the honest expertise advice really makes you feel like your crane is in safe hands and gives you confidents in building your business. I had issues with my crane for years i thought it was remote interference. I took it to several places. Finally i took it to nova. I meet the team. The whole team from the work shop to the office staff . I wont name names. I travelled 2 hours to get there it was well worth it. One person ,Glen showed me things on my crane i didnt know. Spent countless hours programing it to suit me. He showed me safety buttons. Im not talking about standard things . How to open correctly , move the extentions to induce better positioning.
