Not reliable!!! Confirms a job and then doesn’t show up and never returns your call to explain the no show! Not recommended and a complete waste of time on a time sensitive job!
Book them last July to come directional drill in August. I had to contact them regarding the specifics of the job. One worker came and took a look at the job. I had to contact them again to see when they would do the job. After a bunch of emails back and forth, they were trying to stall the job. Came to september, I was unable to get the job done. I do not recommend this company!
Had Nova come in and replace my furnace! The guys were great (Paul, Jordan, Alex, Tycen, Garrett). They were the best price in town, and worked hard to get the furnace up and running quickly!
Fastest response. Above average professionalism. I've used NOVA multiple times and each time I knew it wasn't a novice taking a guess at whats wrong and replacing parts that don't need replacing. These guys are professionals. I've used them for furnace replacement on a house I've sold, furnace repair on a house I own, hot water on demand on the house I own, and furnace on the house I own - my choice to replace.
