I cannot begin to state how dissatisfied we have been with our experience with this company. We used them to install new flooring. From day one it was apparent that they sent us an inexperienced and underqualified installation team. I Lost track of how many errors and issues I pointed out during the installation. Not a legit company anymore, no one answers phone, no one reply’s to text. We don’t know what we did to not get a response or get our bill back. We’ve been trying to reach Paul and his family for the longest regarding the base boards he broke in our home and damage wall paint. Now we’re getting 0 response please avoid this at all cost.
Paul is a great man, he has numerous work at our home. We had the pleasure of him coming earlier this year to do carpet and mitigation on our home. Ever since we’ve been trying to reach MR.Paul it seems we’re having a hard time getting a hold of him, we don’t think that he’s not responding on purpose. I am genuinely worried for his well being because I’ve been trying to get ahold of Him for the longest and he’s not picking up any calls. Great Services. They got our carpet so clean. it looked brand new when they finished! Very happy with that results.
Highly recommend! The owner and his son did an incredible job cleaning and stretching our carpet. I’ll definitely be using them again and I’ve already recommended them to others. A local family owned business.
