We purchased our Nova/Emu RV campervan 12 months ago. After 12 months of use we have found the build quality to be very good. It is inevitable that you will experience some minor issues with a complex build such as a Campervan or Caravan. What is most important is the support you receive when things do go wrong. The Nova customer service/warranty team have been fantastic. John and Steve have gone above and beyond in promptly addressing any issues we have encountered along the way.
