Company should be 5/5 stars. I was confused then looked and people are giving 1/5 stars for not getting a phone call back. People are too entitled these days. Great company. Isaac is very attentive. Built an A-Frame porch on the back of my Mother's house. A simple project that should have taken a month took nearly 5 months to complete. The reason it took so long is because the builder prioritized other jobs over this one. The interior ceiling of the porch was never primed so the there is a significant amount of wood bleed coming through. Had a large scale project that involved removing EIFS that had signs of water damage from the front of my house and adding fiber cement siding. The guys at NOVA really worked hard and did nice work.
Attentive to the remodeling requirements/wishes, friendly and hard working, committed construction team, with attention to the detail and follow up, reasonable costs.
Requested an appointment on their website, received a confirmation email. But no one ever showed up!
