I bought my dress from Nova. The staff was amazing! They recommended Heather Shafffer to be my seamstress (she is one of two they work with) and she totally ruined my dress. It took her weeks longer to alter it than she originally promised. She botched many different aspects of the dress. She lied about the amount of experience she had. She also made me pay in full upfront even though I just asked for a quote. We ended up having to take my dress from her because she made it too small. I stopped in just planning to browse for wedding dress ideas and ended up having the best experience! Maya was so sweet and welcoming from the moment we walked in. She let us look around, helped me try on the dresses I liked, and even suggested the most beautiful one that I probably wouldn’t have picked myself—and it ended up being the one! I’m so happy to say I said yes to the dress. Thank you, Maya, for the amazing service! I 100% recommend this shop.
I got my out-of-state dress altered by Michelle. She took her time and listen to me, when my buttons fell off last minute, she Picked up the Dress and altered it overnight! Incredible experience!

Maya is the BEST & helped to make this experience so informative, comfortable, and she was so respectful of any thoughts I had regarding my budget or religious preferences.
