I called to see if I was able to come in without an appointment to which they kindly made an appointment for me that was less than an hour from the time I called. I was very excited to be able to come in so fast. I had very long hair down past my butt that became too overwhelming to take care of especially with dealing with some new health issues it became so hard to wash my hair or do anything with it but put it up. I had such a wonderful experience at Nova Salon! The salon itself is absolutely beautiful, warm, and inviting. From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable and at ease. Kristen was amazing throughout the entire microblading process. She is so knowledgeable and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way, even during the more extensive parts of the blading process.
