It’s been two weeks, still no report back on if my well water is safe. I called, been passed around through 5 people, and been hung up on. They cannot run a business correctly.
Used them in 2017 required when buying our house. And again yesterday to find out why our water turned dark and smelly. Put in water softner 4 years ago for hard water. But this is something else puzzling. Anxious for new results in 3 weeks. Put bleach in well - let set 24 hours, twice, two weeks apart. Then ran bleach water into swimming pool. Helped immediately but after faint bleach smell gone, bad taste and color returned. UPDATE: Turned out our well bladder tank was the problem. So $500 replacement of this bladder tank ... read more
