I went to this place for a full Brazilian and was nervous about the process as I had never had laser hair removal done before. Fay was really personable and explained the whole process to me and checked on me throughout. The space is really clean and spa-like, and the laser worked great! They have really great prices too. 10/10 would recommend!

Fay is the best! I couldn’t recommend her enough. I was so happy with my results that I have come back to have other areas treated. Customer service exceeds expectations.

I have been to a few laser technicians and Fay is by far my favourite laser technician I have ever been too. She is not overpriced, very friendly and very thorough. I highly recommend coming to see her for any laser hair removal treatment

I highly recommend this place for hair removal. Like others have commented, Fay is very professional and really makes you feel at ease. Some areas may not respond as well to laser removal and I appreciate that she mentioned that from the start and also explained the process really well. So far, I have had great results and the pricing is very reasonable.

First time going there. Very cute place, as well as very clean with nice decor. In a super convenient location, and it's easy to navigate through the building. Fey was super sweet and talkative. She made sure to talk about the pre-prep, how the laser works, what to expect after, and care instructions. The price is also very reasonable, and I think I will definitely be a long time customer!
