I went to four banks today to shop for a HELOC for a kitchen remodel. Nova Bank had the nicest team, by far nicest atmosphere, and most importantly best rates. They treated me like I was a friend and had all the next steps mailed to me within the hour. Good for you Nova Bank! Looking at moving more banking over to Nova so that experience is more of reality
I recently stopped by their branch to inquire about opening an account. Korteze was genuinely nice when greeting me and answering my questions. He also shared some good advice that I haven’t considered.
I’m so glad that my family found out about Nova Bank. They have excellent customer service.
