Great experience! My daughter got a great deal on her very first car!
Everything was great except for a couple pressure tactics before I got the car. I received the car and found it had no heat in November in Minnesota. Got the run around from the sales man, promised phone calls that from service that never came. Replaced the water pump myself so I could atleast drive it and found the front subframe rusted through. Today I purchased a 2011 Malibu from Nova Auto. I had put a down payment to hold the car, and unfortunately it went past the date I was supposed to pay the balance. However Vlad the father was kind enough to hold the car and I paid my balance. They were very upfront and honest with me about the car when I asked about issues. I bought my first car there, and within a few weeks the air conditioning started to fail, then the transmission, terrible service, liars and scammers, do not buy from this place, terrible experience
Terrible terrible experience. Drove down 2 hours for a white 2001 Honda CRV, which was sold just before we arrived. We were shown a blue one that had “just come in” for $6,000. When trying to negotiate we were laughed at. The car was missing back seatbelts, and we were “sold” a BOX of seatbelts for an additional $100. Only the passenger side speaker works, missing the iconic CRV table, and more. They had cleared all of the lights on the dash and it didn’t take us very long to realize that.
