Craig went above and beyond to help me with an emergency situation when my car needed a new radiator and I was quoted a ridiculous amount by MyCar. He was extremely professional and friendly and completed the work quickly.
The team at Nova automotive Charlestown are god damn LEGENDS. So helpful and just genuinely good guys. They did my pink slip and my blue slip (I forgot to finalise my rego and got a huge fine *facepalm*) they got me in same day and had it done in 15mins. I couldn’t get my car to service nsw that day and they were totally cool with me leaving my car there overnight and gave me advice on next steps for getting my car registered again. All the boys were so helpful. Thank you so much. Will be coming back for the rest of my life!
