Craig and his team are excellent mechanics. Great troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. And affordable too. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Craig is also a great communicator which helps.

Passing through Newcastle from Victoria my Jeep Grand Cherokee and developed issues. Heard on Jeep Forum that Nova Auto specialises in Jeep so I booked it in. The Nova manager was welcoming and very accommodating. Nova ran a thorough diagnostic and completed an under vehicle inspection and the technicians provided me detailed feedback. For "genuine service", knowledgeable and efficient repairs I highly recommend Nova Auto to anyone particularly if you have a Jeep.
