For my most recent service, the staff weren't sure if they had done a wheel rotation at the end of the service, and 1 week later I returned with a flat tyre to be patched and charged for. 2 weeks later, the same tyre was flat again, and they were unable to provide a new tyre. I went to a different local mechanic where they discovered I had 4 wheels under the legal thread. I had all four changed and wheel alignment. I brought my car in as it broke down due to acceleration issues. It had to be towed. It was kept for two days and I was told the fuel pump likely needed replacing for $3000, but no clear diagnosis was provided. I also felt my concerns weren’t taken seriously as I was originally told “it was fine”. I took the car elsewhere for a second opinion (had to pay for it to be towed) and the issue was resolved within a few hours for $1200. The boys at Nova are amazing! They kept me in the loop on what work they were doing and did an excellent job on my car. Rang around and got several quotes and they were by far the best! Amazing service and an amazing team- will only be getting all my services and repairs done by then in the future

I had such a great experience with Nova Auto Innovation today, thanks to Matt. I called in quite stressed as I needed a last-minute pink slip and they were about to close. Without hesitation, Matt made an exception and helped me out, which meant I didn’t run out of registration by the next business day. I’m honestly so grateful for his kindness and willingness to go the extra mile. It made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend the team here, especially Matt!
