My 83 year old mother was to get her split system installed today after paying half the funds upfront and waiting for an available date. Waited from 10am. Kept getting told during the day it was delayed until finally they said they couldn't do it and has now had to reschedule in another week. She's cold! Very inconvenient to do to the elderly as it's quite stressful and she doesn't seem to have been given an adequate explanation.
Would not recommend this company. Ordered 2 split system air conditioners and paid 50% deposit. Was given an installation date of 6th August between 7am and 7:30am. At 8:30 am when nobody had arrived, sent a courtesy text to the installer to check everything was Okay. No reply? At approximately 9am rang the office and the receptionist said she would investigate and the installer would contact us. No reply?
