Would not recommend this company. Ordered 2 split system air conditioners and paid 50% deposit. Was given an installation date of 6th August between 7am and 7:30am. At 8:30 am when nobody had arrived, sent a courtesy text to the installer to check everything was Okay. No reply? At approximately 9am rang the office and the receptionist said she would investigate and the installer would contact us. No reply? All good things come to those who wait. Took a couple of weeks from Quote to Install for 2 Multi-Head Split Systems. I have to say the most Professional tidy results inside and outside. A total of 7 head units inside, and the Electricians did nothing short of an amazing job. Would not hesitate to recommend Nova Air and Electrical to anyone. Thanks again Stu
