Very warm and competent personnel, particularly Karen ate the front desk. Excellent job finish, highly recommend!
Stay away from this company....no warranty on units purchased, failed miserably after 12months and won't return calls or try to help....the owner has been on a stop credit from suppliers,employees are paying for parts out of their own pocket,obviously a business to avoid if you want any after sale service...I don't think they'll be around much longer....beware Newcastle....
Big shout out to Nova Air and Elec for our aircon, lights and fan install jobs recently on multiple days. I was at work most of the day for the last job where they were moving the aircon units from underneath our house. They were here when I left in the morning and here when I got back in the evening around 6pm. A huge day of work, very happy with the job and my partner said they were so polite throughout the day, and took pride in doing a good job. Had the team from Nova install a split system and ducted Air con had no problem with showing up on time on the day for both jobs , The team performed great nothing but praise for them very happy about the job done . Thanking you Team Nova.
