Matthew helped me recover after a motor vehicle accident (MVA). He was very professional, and my body healed incredibly well. He also gave me home exercise materials that worked wonderfully. In fact, even the lower back pain I had before the accident is gone, and I feel healthier now than I did before! Thank you! I will recommend him to anyone who wanna be healthier :)

I can’t recommend Matthew at Nova Active enough. I’ve been working with him for over two years and he has helped me tremendously. When I first started, I was dealing with hip and back pain, which improved significantly through his well-designed exercise programs. More recently, he has helped me manage neck and shoulder pain, with incredible progress. What stands out most is Matthew’s knowledge and intuition. I feel stronger, healthier, and more confident than before. Turning 60 I feared injury and lacked ambition. I still have some work to do, but Matthew slowly adjusts my workouts to build myself to a healthier person again.
